I'm sure everyone is looking forward to the new season and I hope we can improve and gain more silverware! I would firstly like to thank Geoff & Anne at the White Heather and Dave Kershaw for Graffiti Doctor for sponsoring our new kit, rain jackets, drinks bottles, medical kit and footballs. It is greatly appreciated.
We are set up nicely to do well this season, the only thing we need to do is perform well on the pitch. Easier said than done maybe! We'll have to wait and see! Each player will gain their place on merit and the overall decisions on team selection will be made by myself and Alan Farley. Our decision is final! No wingeing! No moaning! Just get on and accept it! I will always try and be fair. If you have an issue talk to me and we can discuss it. The Hornets have a good bunch of blokes and I'm sure the new players will the enjoy the crack. Just one word of warning Mike Constable is a confirmed twat and penis! Warren apparently is not a homo! This is confirmed by little Emma who said "He loves anal".
The new rain jackets will be issued to each of the squad members at a cost of £5 each (to ensure you look after them). If you don't wear it on a match day you will be fined £1. Subs will be £4 with half amount for subs students and the unemployed this will be at my discretion. You won't be able to fall more than three weeks behind on your subs. If you do you won't play! Simple as!
Alan and I will always do what we think is best for the team and hopefully we will be successful this year! Up the Heather in 2006-2007.
All the best
The Gaffer.

Hi guys my name is Kevin,
Please feel free to call me Kev. I am new to the white heather hornets this year and would just like to say what a pleasure it is to join a side with such a good team spirit and that is what attracted me to join you. You all seem to be of a similar age to myself so i hope we can all get along. I already know a few of the players which should help me fit in. It would be nice if we could go out one night before the season starts so everyone gets to know one another. I am quite shy so please come over and say hi at our first pre season.
Take care now guys
p.s. my moto is 'you get out what you put in' so lets work hard and pull together this season. Like th messgae you wrote gaffer really cool.

Is that you News writing as Kev? Heard you have been telling people you deserve to be the skipper this year. Not a bad choice to be honest. See what the Gaffer says.

Who ever wrote that message acting as Kev is very funny and i would like to claim i did it but i cant. It was someone else who's identity i dont no.
Gav, i dont want to be captain and havent asked to be captain. I dont have the people skills or the ability to lead a team like the heather. Luke did a fine job last year anyway.
Kevin, im sure Cunnie can make you feel very welcome.
Keith, i agree Warren is a very good player.

Hi kev (Kevin),
Welcome to the team, i shall enjoy 'playing' with you this year. I hope you can bring some energy and freshness to the heather and your message suggests you will. Your the sort of guy who takes pride in his apperance like me. I too have a six pack like foxy, we are quite buff, i hope you are too. This is my number if you care to meet up pre season for a game of tennis or perhaps a work out. 07786928977
Many Thanks

Unlike you cowley to be talking about analing women!!! Unfortunately the women dont seem to be showing much promise, the only attention i seem to attract is off a 6'2' german women and she defiantely wont be getting any anal. Im still holding out hope that one day soon, one of the finer ladies in the office will let me park one in her but doesnt look like anytime soon. As and when i do you will be the first to know though cowley!!!
Your more than welcome to come and visit, you can even play the team im playing for now, wouldnt wanna crush your confidence so early in the season though. Not sure cunnie would fit in up here, its all tits and fanny not much male arse about!!!
Good luck tonight boys, and remember to welcome Kevin

Newms was heard in the changing rooms last night mentioning being a skipper. If he plays as well as he did last night there is no reason why you can't. See what happens. There is always space at the Angel though.

I think Newms meant that he wanted to skipper a boat!

Boys played well last night. Moved the ball well and worked for each other. There was an injection of pace and people looked up for the season. There are a few fitness related issues but that will come together very soon. Seem to be missing a few players so all in all looks like a very healthy squad.

I haven't once mentioned being skipper. I would happily do it if i was asked to but i would also be equally as happy for Luke to do it again.
Well played last night guys. All the new guys were excellent. Glad we all made Kev feel welcome, he went home with a big smile on his face. I think he took a shine John Austin in particular.
I think he said something along the lines of " our manager is really ace with his hardman image and mega tactical decisions" so well done Gaffer (Big Phil).

Well i think you would do alright as skipper whether you get the role or not. Need somebody you inspires through sheer ability. You should get playing Saturdays if you don't already. Lot of teams looking for a leader on the pitch.
